Pulni is built and operated by Deevth. We follow strict rules: we only process what is required to run the product, we do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your information for anything unrelated to operating Pulni, safety, or responding to you.
Who operates Pulni
Pulni is a Deevth product. Deevth designs, builds, and operates the service. Support and operational messages are handled by the Pulni team through Pulni’s contact channels - not through public marketing lists.
What we process
We process account details needed to sign you in and keep your profile working; loops you create or join and related participation; messages and content you choose to send in loops, chats, thoughts, or contact forms; session/device data needed for authentication, security, and abuse prevention; and notification preferences when you enable them.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use Contact or Get in touch details for advertising. We do not share private loop content beyond participants, safety systems, legal requirements, or your explicit request for support.
Strict rules we follow
Purpose limitation: data is used to run Pulni, keep people safe, and answer support tickets. Access is limited to operating the product and handling support or safety. We retain information only as long as needed for those purposes, then remove or de-identify it where practical.
Location visibility
Exact loop locations are shown only when product privacy rules allow it (for example to accepted participants). Watch loops and other restricted modes do not expose precise physical coordinates. Areas may be shown instead of exact addresses when that better protects privacy.
Privacy requests
For data questions or requests, use the Contact page or Get in touch in the app. You will receive a ticket number from Pulni. Do not email no-reply addresses for support - use Contact so your message reaches the team.
